Player
First, register with USA Rugby for $35 at http://register.usarugby.org.
Bring the membership chairman a copy of the USA Rugby waiver, signed,
your drivers license, and insurance card or other proof of medical
insurance. (These are required for everyone playing in a USA Rugby
sanctioned match.) Second, pay Grizzlies membership
dues of $125 by August 31. Third, complete our brief membership form
and bring to practice.
